On Tap: All-grain IPA with all Columbus hops, thus dubbed "1492 IPA." 2-row with Munich and English Ale yeast. Brewed by Michael Gerholdt. Also on tap: Your Father's Mustache, the pre-prohibition American Pilsner which Joel Renner brought to the attention of the AHA. Subsequently, it became an officially recognized style. Brewed by Bill Kuwik.
What did you bring to this meeting? What do you remember tasting that was especially good?
I liked the club IPA a lot ... and Carl brought something which reminded me a lot of the Hebrew Jewbilation we were tasting a bit of last summer. Want to tell us about it, Carl?

I brought a Sour Cherry Saison, with a hint of cherry.

I brought along a few bottles of my Wee Heavy Scotch Ale. It was nice to be able to compare it to he Microbrewed Beers provided by Ellicottville Brewery. I want to thank Dustin Hazer for his recent involvement in the beer club.
I know there were other beers at the meeting. But for some reason my memory of them is a bit hazy.
